Welcome to VenusCycle! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the VenusCycle mobile application ("App") operated by VenusCycle ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VenusCycle, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
VenusCycle is a period and cycle tracking application that helps users monitor their menstrual cycles, predict future periods, track fertile windows, and gain insights into their cycle patterns. The App may include features such as:

• Cycle tracking and predictions

• Cycle variability analysis

• AI-powered insights (Venus AI)

• Health reports for healthcare providers

• Cycle forecasting

Medical Disclaimer: VenusCycle is intended for informational and tracking purposes only. It is NOT a medical device and should NOT be used as a contraceptive method or for medical diagnosis. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice. Predictions and insights provided by the App, including those from Venus AI, are estimates based on the data you provide and may not be accurate.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Free and Premium Features: VenusCycle offers both free features and premium features available through a paid subscription ("VenusCycle Premium").
Subscription Options:

• Monthly subscription: $4.99/month

• Yearly subscription: $29.99/year

• Lifetime access: $49.99 (one-time purchase)

Free Trial: We may offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected.
Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
4. User Accounts and Data
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the App and to update your information as needed.
5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including sensitive health data.
6. Venus AI Feature
VenusCycle may include an AI-powered assistant ("Venus AI") that provides personalized tips and answers questions about your cycle. Please note:

• Venus AI responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational purposes only

• Venus AI is not a substitute for professional medical advice

• The accuracy of Venus AI responses depends on the data you provide

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems

• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

• Use the App to transmit harmful code or malware

• Share your account credentials with others

8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of VenusCycle, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of VenusCycle and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VENUSCYCLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, HEALTH COMPLICATIONS, OR UNINTENDED PREGNANCY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VenusCycle and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
